Robert Russell

Robert Duane Russell, 92, of Lambertville, Michigan passed away on January 23, 2026 at home. He was born on December 17, 1933 in Lake Township, Ohio to Raymond and Lula (Lusher). Bob enjoyed traveling and fishing. Bob also enjoyed spending time in Florida. He worked as a millwright for LOF for many years before enjoying retirement with his late wife, Joyce. He was also a proud Mason. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bob also served as an apartment manager in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii for over 5 years.

Bob is survived by his loving children, Cynthia (Tommy) Bruechert, James (Maria) Russell and Jon Russell; 7 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and many other friends, nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Joyce; and parents.

Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Friday, January 30 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Masonic service to be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, January 31 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Bob’s name can be directed to a charity of the Donor’s Choice.
