Debbie S. Lohr, 71, of Walbridge, OH, passed away peacefully April 4, 2025, in Oregon, Ohio. Debbie was born October 18, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio, to John and Norma (Cline) Zenk. She married Harold Lohr May 1, 1970, and they were married 40 years until his passing in 2010. Debbie and Harold were active members of Cooley Canal Yacht Club and enjoyed boating on Lake Erie. She enjoyed sharing a cup of coffee with frequent visitors to her home. Debbie was loved and appreciated by her many neighbors who she cared for and became her second family. As a loving grandmother, Debbie treasured the time spent with her grandchildren and sharing ice cream treats. Debbie had a large vegetable garden and canned her famous tomato soup for family and friends. In addition, Debbie enjoyed sewing and caring for animals.
Debbie is survived by her children, Gary Lohr, Tammy (Corey) Partin, and Heather (Steve) Truman; grandchildren, Riley & Danyon Lohr, Sara & Nicole Partin, and Emmett & Debbie Truman; loving nieces, Norma (Ken) Millen and Nikki (Tom) Bee; siblings, Carol (Jeff) Peake, Kim (Walt) King, John (Sandy) Zenk, Jeannie (Chuck) Poorman, Eugene (Judy) Bookenberger, Vicky (Jeff) Poling, Teresa Harkness, and Cheryl (Bill) Mitchell; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings, Kathy Wise, Linda Olmstead, and Rusty Mohn.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 12, 2025. Interment: Lake Township Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Wood County Humane Society or Nickens Family Rescue. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home.
