Ann Louise Nuhfer, age 78, of Woodville, OH passed away on Friday evening, November 21, 2025 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, OH. She was born on July 16, 1947 in Fremont, OH to Vincent and Grace (Taulker) Bowser. On September 25, 1965 in Helena, Ohio she married Michael Nuhfer. Ann and Michael raised 4 children together, and celebrated 51 years of marriage before Michael’s passing in 2017.

In addition to being a homemaker, taking care of her children, a house and husband that farmed, Ann worked outside the home 20 years as a pottery maker for Packer Pottery in Genoa. Her memberships included: Woodville United Methodist Church, and was a past member of Woodville Book Guild. She enjoyed crafts, sewing and cooking. She was especially fond of spending time with her family especially, her grand and great-grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her children: Scott Nuhfer of Woodville, Emily Nuhfer of Woodville, and William (Rachel) Nuhfer of Milford, grandchildren: Vincent Nuhfer, Jacob Nuhfer, Danielle Hertrick, Allison Strohscher and Zachary Strohscher, great grandchildren: Lucie, Kade, Evelyn, and Loretta, sisters: Jane Phillips, Judy (Kim) Cruthers, brother, Alan (Renae) Bowser, and brother-in-law, Kent Delventhal. In addition to her husband Michael, she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” Hertrick, and sister, Patti Delventhal.

Family and friends will be received 10-11 a.m., Wednesday December 3, 2025 with a Memorial Service at 11 a.m., at Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home 201 West Main Street Woodville, OH. Officiating will be Pr. Dee Baker. A bereavement luncheon will be served in the fellowship hall of Woodville United Methodist Church, 201 West 1st Street in Woodville.
