US Route 20 roundabout closure notice

Posted

The Wood County Port Authority has announced that construction on the US 20 roundabout project in Perrysburg Township will begin in late May.

Miller Bros. Const., Inc., based in Archbold, Ohio, will serve as the primary contractor for this $1.7 million safety initiative, fully funded by Amazon.com, Inc.

The Wood County Port Authority will manage the project.

Starting Tuesday, May 27, U.S. Route 20 between Crossroads Parkway and Lime City Road will be closed for approximately 45 days for roundabout construction.

A detour route will direct traffic via I-75, SR 795, and I-280/SR 420.

Local access to Crossroads Centre will remain open on US 20.

The project is slated for completion in August.

This initiative aligns with the Wood County Port Authority’s mission to drive economic development by fostering innovative financial and operational partnerships between public and private entities.
