Duane G. Baugh, 27, of Adrian, Mich. was arrested on April 23 and charged with multiple offenses related to improper conduct involving a minor.
Mr. Baugh's arrest was the result of a six-month undercover investigation conducted by the Lake Township Police Department, during which a Lake Township officer posed as a juvenile female and engaged in numerous conversations with Mr. Baugh.
Mr. Baugh was taken into custody when he came to a location in Lake Township for an arranged meeting with the juvenile female.
Mr. Baugh was charged with 17 counts of importuning (F5), three counts of disseminating harmful matter to juveniles (F5), one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F3) and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor (M1 ).
