Curtice's Hayward wins awards

Alexis Hayward, of Curtice, won a ProMedica Support Staff Excellence Award during a Health Care Week 2026 Nursing Excellence Awards held May 6 in the ProMedica Toledo Hospital Education Center Auditorium.

Hayward is employed in the system Resource Pool.

Award nominees show the following characteristics:

• Provide colleagues, patients and visitors with a supportive, friendly and high-quality experience.

Hayward also won an IRIS Award. The award, which stands for Individual Recognition of Integrity and Safety, is dedicated to celebrating team members who go above and beyond to advocate for patient safety in the ProMedica system.
