Key Realty announces merger

Key Realty has announced a merger with The Central Group (formerly Re/Max Central Group) of Toledo.
Dennis Degnan, Amy Saylor, and Joe Albring, owners of Key Realty, made the announcement.
“Central Group has a proven track record of professionalism, success and putting clients first. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the agents at Central Group,” said Degnan.
Central Group began in 1999 and since 2005 has been led by principal managing broker J. Scott Seipel, who will continue in a broker role with Key.
Founded in 2008, Key Realty has over 1,200 agents and staff, operating in 16 locations throughout Michigan and Ohio who produced more than $1.7 billion in sales volume in 2020.
