William (Billy) Lee Chapman

William (Billy) Lee Chapman 32, born August 19, 1986, died suddenly in Florida July 5, 2019. Son of the late Bobby and Wanda (Westfall) Chapman. Billy loved his family very much. 

Proceeded in death by Aunt’s Mable, Faye and Izzy. Uncle’s Frank, Paul and Hubert.  Survived by Grandmother Lillian Bratch , Aunt Ruby, Smooth Uncle Billy, sisters Wanda (Sean) Cann, Melissa Chapman, brother Bobby, half-sisters Susan Miller, Darcey (Dana) Miller, half-brothers Robert and Garrett Chapman and 11 nieces and nephews.
