Ottawa County: Grand jury issues indictments

After a recent session of the Ottawa County Grand Jury, indictments have been issued against the following:
-Beningo Gavino Rangel, currently being held in the county detention facility, was indicted on charges of domestic violence with prior conviction, endangering children, intimidation of a witness and violations of a protection order.
-Mark P. Croft, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on two counts of felonious assault.
-Matthew W. Kamelesky, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on a charge of felonious assault.
-Seth Damron, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on charges of failure to comply with a police order, possession of cocaine, drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Curtis Brown, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on charges of counterfeiting and tampering with evidence.
-Arristeal Bennett, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on charges of domestic violence with prior conviction, menacing by stalking, and telecommunications harassment.
-Brian Bechtel, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on 12 counts of sexual battery.
-Dustin Blankenship, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on counts of drug possession and trafficking.
-Steven Spradlin, Atwater, Oh, was indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
-William Schomaker, Oak Harbor, was indicted on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence and improper handling of a firearm.
Ronald Barnby, Marietta, Oh., was indicted on charges of improper handling of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.
-Alexis Myrick, Detroit, Mich., was indicted on charges of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, and driving under suspension.
-Wyatt Elmes and Christopher Lawson, Port Clinton, were indicted on charges of theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.
-Blaine Butler, Norwalk, Oh., was indicted on charges of drug possession and possession of drug abuse instruments.
-Thomas Welch, Toledo, was indicted on charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia
-Precious Rose, Port Clinton, was indicted on charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Veronica Ryf, Oak Harbor, was indicted on a charge of theft of over $1,000.
-Jonathan Rutledge, Caledonia, Mich., was indicted on a charge of theft from a person in a protected class.
-Felicia Blair, currently being held in the detention facility, was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence and possession of criminal tools.
- Matthew Williams, Port Clinton, was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence and possession of drugs.
