Jacky W. Skaggs Sr.

Jacky W. Skaggs Sr., 74 of Woodville, OH died Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH under Hospice Care. He was born August 26, 1948 in Cleveland, OH to the late Ora David and Ruby (Lucas) Skaggs. Jacky served in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War. On July 24, 1971 he married the former June B. Geller, and she survives. He retired as a machinist from Chrysler in Perrysburg, OH after 32 years. Jacky loved being outdoors fishing, doing yard work, playing horseshoes, golfing and caring for his chickens. He was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles and The American Legion, along with being on different bowling leagues.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years June of Woodville; children: Lorie (Paul) Moellman of Woodville and Jacky (Cathie) Skaggs Jr. of Genoa, OH; grandchildren: Jordan (Marina) Moellman, Ashley (Brennan) Hornyak, Justin Moellman and Alyson (Nick) Brockmeyer, Jackie Emch, Dakota Willmeth, Arreonna Turner; great-grandchildren: Sullivan, Rosemary and Aiden; sisters: OraLane Hayes of Genoa, OH, Georgetta Redrup of Columbus, OH, and Judy Blankenship of Genoa, OH. He was also preceded in death by a son Charles Singer Jr., brothers: David, Ronnie, Eddie, and Donnie Skaggs; and infant siblings Linda Lou and Thomas Skaggs, along with his Step-Mother Phillis Joan Skaggs.
