Hear creepy stories of the White House, U.S. Presidents at Hayes

 
        Enjoy a spooky evening at Spiegel Grove with lantern tours through the dark wooded grounds and stops in the historic Hayes Home during Spirit Stories at Spiegel Grove on Friday, Oct. 28.
        At each stop, participants will hear spine-chilling tales of ghosts, legends and other-worldly phenomena from the White House and stories relating to U.S. Presidents. They can then warm themselves by the campfire and enjoy popcorn, apple cider and hot chocolate.      Inside the Hayes Presidential Museum, get a photo with a ghost to remember a frighteningly fun evening in the spirit photography booth.
        Lantern tours will be offered from 7-10 p.m., with the last tour leaving at 9 p.m. Tours last about an hour. Tickets are $15 for non-members and $10 for Hayes Presidential members.
        Advance tickets are recommended and can be purchased online at rbhayes.org. Tickets also will be sold the day of the event at the museum front desk, pending availability.
