GenoaBank hires mortgage originator
GenoaBank, a locally owned, independent, community bank, today announced Megan Dunne’s appointment as new Mortgage Loan Originator for the Genoa Branch.
Dunne is a relationship-focused and passionate banker. She is sure to continue the high-quality levels of professionalism and customer service GenoaBank customers have received for years. We welcome Megan to the GenoaBank Mortgage Lending team to assist in our continued efforts to inspire our community to pursue homeownership.
Dunne will be based in the bank’s Genoa Branch but will be available to provide mortgage lending at any of the bank’s other branches. She will be serving the communities in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Dunne is a graduate from Rossford High School. She graduated with her Associates Degree from Owens Community College, while playing volleyball and winning the National Championship in 2019. She furthered her education at Bowling Green State University earning her bachelor’s in business in December of 2022.
Hiring planned at McDonald’s
McDonald’s restaurants in the Toledo are looking to hire approximately 60 new employees immediately as restaurants gear up for summertime.
Employees can receive on-the-job training, schedule flexibility, and other benefits.
Participating local McDonald’s restaurants are announcing a perk that allows restaurant employees to access discounted McDonald’s food at any participating McDonald’s in the country.
Additionally, at participating restaurants, eligible restaurant employees can also earn a high school diploma, take ESL classes, get tuition assistance and receive free guidance from advisors through Archways to Opportunity, McDonald’s signature education and career advising program at participating restaurants.
