Northwood continues
to make progress and
refinements at the Town Center, also known as “The Enclave,” a
mixed-use “age-in-place” neighborhood. Plans call for office space and a restaurant along Main St. Expanding housing opportunities and meaningful neighborhood refinements are an initiative of the city. (Press photo by Ken Grosjean)
