Clay High School Limelighters will present the Broadway musical, “Bright Star” (School Edition) on Friday, Nov. 20 and Sat. Nov. 21 at 7 p.m., via online streaming access only.
        Inspired by a true story, and featuring the book and score by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, “Bright Star” tells a sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American South in the 1920s and ‘40s.         With beautiful melodies and powerfully moving characters, the dramatic and uplifting story unfolds as a rich tapestry of deep emotion.
        The Limelighters performed and recorded the musical at the Johlin Cabin in Pearson Metropark in Oregon. Streaming access tickets may be purchased online at claylimelighters.org.
