Oak Harbor
Oak Harbor Public Library, 147 W. Main St., is open Mon., Wed. and Fri. from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Tues. and Thurs. from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sat. from 9 a.m.-noon. Patrons are asked to wear a mask. St. John Lutheran Church Fall Festival, set for Oct. 17, has been canceled due to COVID-19 and anticipated guidelines for social distancing. Plans are to resume the festival in 2021.

Stony Ridge
