Bonnie "Bad" Lou Rhoda

Bonnie “Bad” Lou Rhoda, of Elmore, Ohio passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.   

Bonnie was born on December 3, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio to Gerald E. and Kathleen (Kardatzke) Rhoda. She was a 1974 graduate of Woodmore High School. Bonnie worked for various employers including Motor Wheels in Luckey and then later in retail for 20 plus years for the Ohio Turnpike. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, loved to camp and enjoyed hanging out with her friends. 

Bonnie is survived by special friends: Kim Berfield of Woodville, Beth Shank of Elmore, good friend, and neighbor: Tom Donaldson also of Elmore. Her aunt Lois, uncles: Gerald, Lauren, Milan, and numerous cousins. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family will be received 10-11 a.m., with a Memorial Service at 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 201 West Main Street in Woodville. Interment will be in Harris-Elmore Cemetery, Elmore, Oh. Officiating will be, Rev. Tom Wilhardt.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: A Humane Society of the donor’s choice.
