MAINTENANCE POSITION 30-40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday Occasional overtime weekends and emergencies as needed. ?Must have basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and knowledge of hand and power tools and appliances. ?Must be in good physical condition ?Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record Position requires working indoors and outdoors sometimes, performing grounds maintenance and snow removal.
