•Holly Rae Burwell, 1121 S. Wheeling, Oregon, $187 court costs and fines, disorderly conduct.
•Ronald J. Maher, 2053 Duchesse, Oregon, 180 days CCNO, 177 days suspended, license suspended one year, $496 court costs and fines, operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Lake Twp. – Sean P. Cann, 54, Ormond Beach, Fla., was charged Jan. 2 with receiving stolen property after police were alerted to a missing U-Haul van parked at the Red Roof Inn, Hanley Road. There may be additional charges, police said.
