Jerusalem Township is looking into the possibility of the Ottawa County Sheriff or the City of Oregon providing road patrols after being informed by the Lucas County Sheriff that the service will end on Jan. 1, 2023 unless the township pays for it.

The Lake Township Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a hearing for May 19 to consider an application by First Solar, Inc. for a variance for three parcels the company owns adjacent to its plant at 28380 Tracy Rd.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
