The Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals has upheld the sentencing of a former Vocational-Agriculture teacher and Future Farmers of America advisor at Genoa High School and Penta Career Center employee who pled guilty to one count each of sexual battery and tampering with evidence.

Sentencing hearings have been set for two defendants convicted in the fraternity hazing death of a student at Bowling Green State University.
Jacob Krinn will be sentenced July 8 and Troy Henricksen will be sentenced July 29 in Wood County Common Pleas Court.
