Oak Harbor High School sophomore Hannah Hartigan has been selected for the Ohio Student Safety Advisory Council (OSSAC), an esteemed group comprising only 16 students statewide. Appointed by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, OSSAC focuses on school safety and student well-being.
