In 2015, the Frobose Market IGA in Pemberville was awarded the IGA retailer of the year out of 275 stores.
That only happens when the right family is in charge, and in this case, it is the Frobose family, led by 68-year-old patriarch Bob Frobose.

The 38th Annual Luckey Fall Festival will be held Sept .24-26 between Krotzer Avenue (SR 582) and Gilbert Road on Adams Street.
The festival, always held the last full weekend in September, was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Oregon Jerusalem Historical Society will present “Navarre Family Sword” – PowerPoint and Presentation by local historian Larry Michaels, Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Historic Brandville School, 1133 Grasser St., Oregon.
The program is free and open to the public.
