Elly Gilbert, an art instructor at Oak Harbor High School, introduced a new graphics design class this year, and it has served as a portal for students to learn about what paths they could take once they venture into the real world.

The 4th Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival will be held Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Rossford Junior/Senior High School. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with a scavenger hunt for book prizes.

On Feb. 12, the Eastwood Board of Education met with the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) to begin the search process for their next superintendent.
The new superintendent will replace Brent Welker, who is retiring after 20 years of service.
