Kutchenriter honored

Officer Michael Kutchenriter receives a Certificate of Appreciation from Mayor Ed Schimmel and the City of Northwood after serving on the Northwood police force for 35 years. “I started out as a dispatcher, said Kutchenriter, and I hope to keep the many friendships I’ve made over the years.
