Clarence D. Caldwell, known affectionately by all as Dale, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2023, in Kokomo, IN. Born on March 14, 1954, in Newport News, VA, Dale was a man whose laughter, kindness, and interesting stories will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Dale was a 1972 graduate of Lake High School in Millbury, OH. After graduation, he had a 41-year career as a truck driver with Heidelberg Distributing Company. Dale was not just a dedicated worker but also a friendly face who was always ready to share a funny story to brighten someone’s day.

Dale is survived by his sister, Maxine (Gary) Kime, his nieces; Wendy and Dekoada, and his children; Peggi, Charlie, Lonnie, and Brandy. He was a proud grandfather to Fletcher, Faith, Ellie, Lillian, Christian, Marilyn, Dexter, Anthony, Jillian, and Jeremiah. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pam, his parents, Raymond (Eunice) and Dallas, and his sister Karen.
