Birders flocking to area for Biggest Week in American Birding

             They’re coming…. are you?
        Black Swamp Bird Observatory (BSBO) is planning an in-person Biggest Week in American Birding festival for 2022.
        The 10-day festival, set for May 6-15, will be held at various locations in the “Warbler Capital of the World,” including Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center, Oregon; Black Swamp Bird Observatory, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Magee Marsh Wildlife area Sportsman’s Migratory Bird Center, all in Oak Harbor.
        In addition to some of the best spring birding North America has to offer, the festival includes photography and art workshops, guided birding activities, field trips, keynote speakers, spotlight presentations, evening socials, a Birder's Marketplace, Bird Tattoo Contest, Birder Prom, Bird Trivia Night, and much more.
