supervisor election
The Wood Soil and Water Conservation District will conduct an election of one supervisor to a three-year term commencing Jan. 1, 2022, and ending Dec. 31, 2024. Kristopher Swartz is the nominee for the seat.
Individuals 18 years of age and older who own or occupy land within the district may cast a vote in the election in one of three ways:
• At the SWCD office from Monday, Aug. 23-Friday, Sept. 17 during normal business hours.
• At the SWCD Annual Election & Banquet, which will be held at the Middleton Township Building, 21745 N. Dixie Highway, Bowling Green, on Sunday, Sept. 19 from 1-4 p.m.
• Vote absentee from Saturday, Aug. 21-Friday Sept. 17. Request a ballot application and election ballot from the SWCD office at 1616 E. Wooster St., Suite 32, Bowling Green, OH 43402; call 419-354-5517, ext. 4 or email wcswcd@woodswcd.com. Absentee ballots must be received by the SWCD office by 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17.
