Ag Notes Week of 6/15/20

Sass sworn in to Ottawa SWCD
Jim Sass has been appointed to the Ottawa Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors.
He will be serving the remainder of Connie Sandwisch’s term. The board wished Sandwisch well at its May meeting and thanked her for years of direction.
Sworn into office by board vice chairman Rich Thorbahn, Sass will join Todd Hecht, chairman; Roland Sandrock, treasurer, and Bill Hartman, secretary. Together they direct the staff of the district to carry out the conservation of natural resources by assisting landowners throughout Ottawa County.
