It is good to have a strong No. 1 singles player, and it helps when that player has friends.
Many of Clay junior Will Horvath’s friends have joined the program and the team finished 17-5 in dual matches and third in a very competitive Three Rivers Athletic Conference.

Oak Harbor senior Brenen Ish is looking to take his tennis game to another level after being named the Sandusky Bay Conference Bay Division Player of the Year.
Ish is the No. 1 seed at the Division II sectional tournament and has his eyes set on an appearance at the state tournament.

The Lourdes University women’s Lacrosse program will be hosting a youth lacrosse camp on Wednesday, June 16 at Wildcat Stadium in Sylvania. This camp will be offered for ages 10 to 17. The camp is directed by head coach, Sierra Wagoner, and assistant coach, Maria D’Angelo.

Beginning with the 2022-23 season, a 35-second shot clock will be permitted in high school basketball games by state association adoption. A proposal for a national rule mandating a shot clock was not approved.
