The Wood County grand jury has indicted an Elmore woman on four counts of failure to stop after an accident that occurred Oct. 15 in Lake Township.
Kelly L. DeStazio, 47, faces two fourth degree charges and two fifth degree charges following the jury’s decision earlier this month.
